AI Writing Specialist (Remote Contractor)

We're searching for an AI enthusiast who loves using GPT to make life easier - specifically, for content purposes.

We have a number of clients in different sectors, including the education, art, and tourism sectors, among others. We’re looking for someone committed to understanding our clients in order to produce on-brand content that aligns with their goals and tone, and wants to join our team for the long haul.

The job

  • Follow creative briefs to understand the different tone our clients use in their writing and produce content that matches the tone and style of writing using Chat GPT.

  • Take the time to get to know more about the client by reading through previous content, understanding their differentiators as well as their target audiences.

  • Produce blog content and email content for these clients. We provide templates and examples to base off of - you would them drop these examples in GPT and prompt GPT to produce different content based on the new topics we provide.

Your strong suit

  • We are looking for someone who can follow instructions, is highly detail-oriented, organized, proactive communicator, and can meet deadlines.

  • Experience with Chat GPT and a native English level is a MUST.

Expectations

  • Meet deadlines (we always work one month in advance, therefore you will know what projects you have assigned to you at the beginning of each month and can plan accordingly)

  • Communicate proactively if you need more time on projects

  • Read or view instructions and follow them closely - be very detail-oriented

  • Use our time tracking software to track weekly hours for projects

  • Join our once per week team meeting which usually happens on Tuesdays at 11am CEST

  • Optional coworking session where we are all online at the same time to answer questions/ping each other

  • Download Slack on desktop and phone to communicate with the team and collaborate

  • Use Trello for project management (if you do not have experience, that is fine - we can teach you.)

  • Bill once at the end of each month (providing an invoice, does not need to have VAT or anything like that) - will be paid within two weeks via Wise or Paypal

Experience

  • Native English speaker, has a good eye for editing content

  • If you have knowledge of SEO best practices, that is very helpful, either way, we will have you ask GPT to optimize each blog for SEO best practices.

  • If you have writing experience in marketing sector, great (knowing how to write for marketing vs journalist is a bonus, but again, you can ask GPT.)

Things to note

  • This is a contracting position where you make your own hours and work whenever you want. Night owl? Early morning person? We really don’t care, as long as you get the work done on time.

  • The expectation is that you have Slack on your phone and can respond within 24 hours, or otherwise specify your availability so we can work around it.

The Pay

  • $25 per email, 250-500 words (approx 4-6 a month)

  • $35 per blog, 750-1000 words (approx 4-6 a month)
