Your Auction House
Q1
How many auctions does your house run per month on average?
Retreat Experience
Q2
What was your single biggest takeaway from the 2026 Retreat?
Q4
Which of the following topics from the Retreat do you most want Bidsquare to act on?
Select up to 3
The Bidsquare Aggregator Model
Q4
Bidsquare is evolving into an aggregator model — a destination where collectors can discover, follow, and engage with auction houses, not just bid on Bidsquare directly. The goal is to grow the overall audience of serious collectors on the platform, which means more eyeballs on your sales. How does this direction sit with you?
Q5
What concerns, if any, do you have about the aggregator direction?
Q6
If Bidsquare succeeds in building a much larger collector audience through content, SEO, and discovery — what would that mean for your auction house? Select your top 3.
Shared Bidder Data & Reputation Scoring
Q7
Bidsquare is exploring a feature that lets auction houses share bidder reputation data — payment history, reliability, and behavior across all Bidsquare auction houses — resulting in a score visible to participating houses. How valuable would this be to you?
Q8
What specific bidder behaviors would you most want visibility into? Select your top 3.
Q9
If this feature saved you one problematic bidder situation per month — a non-payment, a chargeback, a fraud case — what would that be worth to you?
Per month, approximate
Q10
Any other thoughts on how a bidder reputation system should work?
Consignment & Lead Generation
Q11
Bidsquare is exploring a consignment matching feature: when a collector on Bidsquare wants to consign an item, they get matched to the most relevant auction house based on location and specialty. Would you want to participate?
Q12
Which of the following consignment features would be most valuable to you? Select all that apply.
Q13
Any other thoughts on what a consignment feature would need to do to be worth using?
Bidder Notifications
Q15
Bidsquare already includes SMS day-before reminders and 10-lots-before alerts at no extra cost. We're exploring outbid notifications — a text sent every time a bidder is outbid on a lot they're actively competing on. Because volume scales with auction size and competition level, this would be usage-based pricing. To give you a sense of scale: a sale with 300 lots and moderate bidding generates roughly 3,000–5,000 outbid texts. A high-competition sale with 800+ lots could generate 15,000+. Which pricing tier would fit your typical auction volume?
Platform Priorities
Q16
Over the last six months, how confident are you in what Bidsquare has delivered as a platform and partner to your auction house?
Q17
After hearing Traci's roadmap at the Retreat, how confident are you in Bidsquare's technology direction going forward?
Q18
What is the single most important thing Bidsquare could build or fix in the next 12 months to make a real difference to your business?
Looking Ahead
Q19
What is the biggest external challenge your auction house is facing right now — beyond what Bidsquare can directly control?
Q20
Is there anything else you'd like Bidsquare to know — about your business, what you need, or how the partnership could work better?
